When will I receive my order?
All products that are in stock are (if ordered before 16:00) delivered to your home within 1 to 3 working days. You will be informed if any items are out of stock.
How do I pay for my order?
FUNKYTEX's online shop allows you to make simple and secure payments in the following ways:
- ING Home'Pay
- Credit card payment
Orders whose payment has failed will be automatically cancelled.
What is the fastest way to reach a FUNKYTEX employee?
FUNKYTEX can be reached fastest and best by e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, it is usually answered within 30 minutes. You can also call us on 013, but it is possible that you will hear an automated answering machine.
FUNKYTEX's team does everything in its power to get the orders delivered to the customer the next working day, so the customer service agents are often busy with the administrative work involved.

How much will shipping costs be added to my order?
For private persons FUNKYTEX charges € 5,95 shipping costs per package in The Netherlands up to 20 KG.
FUNKYTEX will charge the shipping costs for orders over € 50.
Of course, we always try to keep the costs for shipping your order as low as possible.

The product is not what I had in mind, can I return it?
Items cut to size and matching the description and colour may not be returned. Colours on the screen always differ from reality. You have the opportunity to request a sample in advance. Should you receive a totally different fabric or colour, this will of course be resolved in consultation with FUNKYTEX.
Do the prices on the website include V.A.T.?
For private individuals, all prices quoted include V.A.T.
For companies, all prices stated are exclusive of V.A.T.
Can I request a free fabric sample?
If you are unsure of the colour or quality when you order, you can request a fabric sample by sending an email to [email protected] and stating the article number and colour number.
If an item is sold out and I have already paid?
When an article is sold out we will contact you for an alternative. Should we not be able to find an alternative, we will refund the surplus amount within 10 days to the account number which you have given us by e-mail. (Articles that have already been cut for an order can no longer be cancelled, if you have selected articles for e.g. a set, please mention this in the comments so we can take it into account).
Can I place an order online and collect it from the shop?
Yes, you can place your order via our website and come and collect it yourself during office hours. Please call in advance to make an appointment due to absence. We will, of course, refund you the amount paid for the shipping costs.
If I need many metres of one kind of fabric, do you have them in stock?
We have enough of many fabrics in stock. If we do not have enough, we will have it back in stock within a few days. Some fashion fabrics may be completely sold out and not come back in stock.
If I am looking for a fabric or fabrics that you do not have on the site, can I order it?
If this is the case, please send us the request by e-mail or come by, in most cases we can arrange this for you.
How do I keep up to date with great promotions and news?
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive it by e-mail. Did you not receive it? Please check your 'unwanted email' or 'spam' folder, it might be there. Otherwise contact Contact us and we will send it to you.
Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Only if the order has not yet been processed can we cancel it.
I have a question/complaint, what now?
In case of questions, you can call us or send us an e-mail. We will respond to your question as soon as possible. We ask that you report any complaints to us immediately by contact Please contact us. We will always work with you to find a suitable solution.
