This quilted, starched quality is lightweight and padded with wadding.
The back or inside of the fabric is finished with a lining fabric. The fabric lends itself well to decoration but can certainly also be used to make clothing such as a waistcoat or jacket.
The front is 2-coloured but is difficult to see in the photo. 2-colour effect created when looking at it from different directions.
